Support Incorporated has instituted an innovative intake process. Intakes are offered Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 a.m. and the last intake of the day is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. Whether your intake is in the office, from your home, or another private location, we use telehealth software to connect you to one of our four licensed clinicians to complete a comprehensive clinical assessment. At that time, a diagnosis is given and recommendation for services. If outpatient therapy or medication management is recommended, your appointment will be scheduled when you complete the assessment by the clinician or one of our front desk team members. If you are recommended for a higher level of care, someone from that respective department will contact you within a couple days to schedule the initial appointment.
Emergency walk-in intake appointments are offered between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
