Sam Ryan is a taco connoisseur, adventurer, and animal lover. She is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist, and Certified Clinical Supervisor. Her experience working in the mental health and substance use fields includes providing individual, family, and group therapy to individuals of all ages. Her specialty areas are addictive behaviors, self-harm, suicidality, and justice systems involved persons. Sam also trains and educates fellow clinicians, mental health professionals, and other community stakeholders. She currently serves as the supervisor of the Family Centered Treatment department at Support Inc, is a certified DBT and RO-DBT Clinician, and field instructor to MSW interns at various universities. In her free time, she can be found wandering around outside, listening to music, and plotting ways to acquire more animals. She also loves a good Ted Lasso/Netflix/Hulu binge watching session.
