Jessica Barnes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Specialist (TFCBT), and a Trauma-Intensive Comprehensive Clinical Assessment Specialist (TICCA). She received her Master of Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. As an LCSW therapist, she works with children, young adults, individuals, and families using an eclectic approach tailored to the unique needs of each new client. As program supervisor for Support Incorporated, she provides oversight to two community-based programs known as Tailored-Care Management and Evidenced-Based model High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW). Over the past five years, she helped develop the High-Fidelity Wraparound program as one of the only HFW programs in the State of North Carolina with a fully credentialed High-Fidelity Wraparound staff and established HFW as a respectable program within the community. While launching Tailored Care Management in December of 2022, she now looks to expand Tailored Care Management program as well to support members in providing whole-person care management.

 

She has over 7 years of experience in a variety of settings and with diverse clients, including crisis intervention, structured outpatient programs, inpatient psychiatric facilities, acute hospital settings, large non-profits, and private practice. Jessica is active in community and professional organizations, serving over the past six years as a board member for the Youth Committee of Gaston County Workforce Development Board and formerly operated a non-profit at the Place of Refuge that assists girls between the ages of 11-19 who are pregnant and/or have a child throughout the Gaston and Cleveland counties.
