High-Fidelity Wraparound Services

Helping Children and Their Families Succeed

High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is an evidence-based process designed to help the families of children and adolescents with complex emotional needs excel. Children remain in their homes while a group of family, friends, professionals and community resources provides support.

At Support, Inc., our HFW team works collaboratively to assist families in identifying needs, navigating systems and building on natural supports. The HFW team helps each youth and family address current needs while building the skills to maintain long-term success.

We offer wraparound therapy to youth under the age of 21 who experience mental and behavioral health challenges. High Fidelity Wraparound is currently available in Gaston, Cleveland, Lincoln, Catawba, and Mecklenburg other surrounding counties.

The Support, Inc. Approach to HFW Therapy

The HFW team utilizes a High-Fidelity Wraparound facilitator, the family, and a support partner, who collaborates closely to assist and empower all family members. Together, they pool their unique resources and skills to develop and execute a unified plan specifically tailored to meet the distinct needs of both the youth and the entire family. This team-driven approach ensures comprehensive support, fostering positive outcomes through cohesive and targeted interventions.

Our goal is to reach long-term success and meet the family’s vision through an evidence-based, non-clinical/therapeutic approach. We implement a problem-solving process that helps families identify needs, navigate systems, and build on natural supports and self-efficacy (belief in oneself). We tailor each care plan based on the community support available to the youth, whether it be the family, a youth agency, and/or child welfare or juvenile justice group.
