Mental Health Evaluation at Support, Inc.
Support Incorporated has instituted an innovative intake process. Whether your intake is conducted in our office, from your home or at another private location, our telehealth software connects you to one of our four licensed clinicians to complete a comprehensive clinical assessment. During this time, a psychological diagnosis is given along with a recommendation for services.
If outpatient therapy or medication management is recommended, the clinician or one of our front desk team members will schedule your appointment upon completion of the assessment. If a higher level of care is recommended, someone from the relevant department will contact you to schedule the initial appointment.
