Comprehensive Behavioral Health Services

Intensive In-Home We treat children and adolescents who are at risk of out-of-home placement and/or need to be stabilized within the home setting.
Family Centered Treatment Working collaboratively with the entire family system helps improve areas of family functioning that are impacting the child’s behavior.
Day Treatment School-based therapy at selected Gaston County schools promotes emotional health for students within their school setting.
High-Fidelity Wraparound We help families identify needs, navigate systems and build on natural supports to help address needs and maintain long-term success.
Therapeutic Foster Care A licensed foster parent helps the child deal with traumas or behavioral challenges, so the child returns home having made positive behavioral changes.
Evaluations / Assessments The intake process is performed by a licensed clinician and upon completion, we provide a diagnosis and recommend appropriate services.
Medication Management Medication is provided to those who need it; we follow up closely via psychiatric evaluations and appointments during treatment.
Therapy / Counseling Kids’ therapy would not be complete without outpatient group and family therapy in addition to our individual counseling.
Evidence-Based Practices We utilize therapies that meet rigorous research standards and have been proven effective in peer-reviewed scientific experiments.

From cognitive behavioral services to foster care residential treatment for kids, we are well-equipped to treat our clients and their families using the solution-focused therapies and methods best suited to their particular issues. Both verbal interventions and corrective experiences are used to help individuals reach their goals.
