Implementation of a Paperless Intake Process Using Docusign

Support, Inc. is now able to offer a paperless intake experience through Docusign. Over the coming weeks, we will be rolling out our electronic intake process to reduce waiting times for clients, administrative burden for staff, reduce paper cost, and save a few trees along the way. Clients will be able to complete the intake packets before arriving as well as be able to complete packets in the office, digitally, by using a tablet. We are excited to be able to take advantage of technological advances to streamline processes and make our process easier for our clients and staff.
